Merhaba ! Nasılsın bakalım?

 (Tell me; how are you?)

Merhaba’ would be literally translated as ‘hello’, but it is much more than that.

It reveals the inherited friendship, peaceful attitudes and invites you to a sincere friendly companionship.

The complete phrase, ‘Merhaba! Tell me; how are you?’ is attributed to Cevat Şakir, a Turkish lyricist and writer who spent his life in Carian waters around Bodrum and more commonly known as ‘Fisherman of Halicarnassus’, or shortly: Fisherman.

Bodrum (Halicarnassus) is the place where Arshipel Gulet was built and launched to the waters of the Aegean. Since then, the boat has always been operated with the welcoming, open hearted and absolutely friendly values of the Fisherman.

It has been the way of life on board Arshipel Gulet and is suggested to her guests.
